The Grand Hotel Taschenbergpalais Kempinski is nestled between the Royal Palace and the Zwinger Palace in the centre of Dresden's baroque old town. The five-star luxury hotel has been restored to its historic splendour and contemporary elegance. Once the aristocracy stayed in the famous building, today well-known personalities from politics and art such as Barack Obama, Carl Lagerfeld, Jacques Chirac, Margrethe II, Prince Alber II of Monaco, Günter Grass and many more.
There is a canteen in the basement. The new plans envisaged extending the restaurant's dining area and creating enough space for a show kitchen. The necessary remodelling measures were extensive. Arnold Brandschutzglas Vertriebs GmbH & Co. KG is a producer and holder of various approvals and tests, but an innovative and reliable planning company was still needed.
