Innovation Award 2025! The prize was awarded for the development of an EI 90
fire door that can withstand a fire for 90 minutes and therefore fulfils the highest safety requirements. Managing Director of the companies, Mike Beelitz, is delighted: "We are delighted to have won the Brandenburg Innovation Award. The award shows that there are also sustainable ideas in the skilled trades and that sustainability, safety and aesthetics do not have to be mutually exclusive."

Wood instead of steel: New perspectives for monument preservation and fire protection
With its combination of maximum security, natural aesthetics and sustainable production, the new timber fire door offers a convincing alternative to conventional steel or aluminium models. It opens up new design possibilities, particularly in the field of heritage conservation - where classic fire protection elements are often out of the question.

A technical plus: for the first time, the MB door allows larger opening dimensions than comparable products. Special designs such as double-leaf systems with round arches can also be realised.

The Brandenburg Future Prize is one of the most important business awards in the state. It is awarded by six chambers of commerce and industry. 2022 was the year! Our fire protection joinery was honoured for special entrepreneurial achievements and commitment.

In 2019, our craft business started the first fire tests for fire-resistant windows and doors. Thanks to narrow profiles, we focus primarily on listed building projects in fire protection. With the help of our direct partner "Maßwerk" in Austria, we operate on the international market and ship our elements throughout Europe. We now see ourselves exclusively as a manufacturer and supply joineries and other craft businesses. For ecological reasons, our company favours regional suppliers. We are constantly investing in the eco-balance of our company by investing in increased energy efficiency. We generate part of our electricity consumption ourselves with several photovoltaic systems and are striving for CO2-neutral production of our windows. An automatic production line is planned, which will further increase production. In the future, everything is working towards the generational change with daughter Lisa-Marie Beelitz. The course has been set... .

Employee retention is particularly important to us: we support our employees with employee qualifications, performance bonuses and individual and family-friendly working time models. We also keep an eye on the next generation of carpenters. With two trainees per year and trainees in ongoing operations, we encourage and motivate young people to continue working in our fire protection joinery after their training as carpenters (m/f/d).

Due to our lyears of experience in the field of preventive fire, smoke and burglary protection we offer you versatile solutions for technically demanding elements.
