In May 2021, we received a call for help from an architectural firm in Berlin.
On the Kurfürstendamm, a fire protection passage was built in the
Fire protection class F30 required. Special focus was placed on the fact that
the elegance of the house in combination with extensive
fire protection requirements should be met.
We realised a passenger aisle according to the approval 19.14-1993
with F30 glass to glass butt joint. This also enables a
endless coupling in fire protection.
Thanks to the combination of various approvals, it was also possible to install a fire door with a zero threshold, which has a
barrier-free access to the passage.
